2-channel Video installation with a large scale projection of a video and its mirror image

Sound collage using a composition by Hector Centeno (“Bell”).

Loop, duration of a sequence: 7 min. 30 sec.

The video was created using nine underwater shots from a garden pond. The immersion of the camera lens into the green, liquid biotope leads the viewer into a fairytale-like world of light and plants, in which the real and the surreal are mixed.
An optical impenetrability evokes illusion and deception, which, however, is surprisingly dissolved at the end of the video.
